HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) – There are growing signs that Pennsylvania lawmakers are closing in on a budget deal.
State Senators have been called to Harrisburg for the weekend after departing earlier this month for the July 4 holiday. In a memo Wednesday, members were told progress has been made, so a return to session is warranted.
