First look inside new British-themed restaurant coming to Downtown Disney

Disneyland has shared a look inside Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby, a new restaurant coming to Downtown Disney.

Chef Gordon Ramsay partnered with the creators of Earl of Sandwich to bring the British‑themed restaurant to the outdoor dining and shopping center.  The restaurant is located above Earl of Sandwich.

The menu will showcase traditional British foods, including Ramsay’s signature beef Wellington, fish and chips, and sticky toffee pudding. Guests can pair their meal with an extensive selection of wines, beers and signature cocktails inspired by London’s iconic pubs and lounges.

No opening date has been announced yet, but Disneyland said it will be “opening soon.”

Disney continues to revamp its outdoor shopping center with new shops and restaurants. Recent additions include:

  • Happy Ice, which opened a new location on Juneteenth and serves Philadelphia‑style Italian water ice.
  • Earl of Sandwich, now in a permanent home featuring The Carvery, where staff slice pastrami in view of guests. The bakery has expanded with oversized cookies, cinnamon rolls and rotating seasonal items.
  • Big Boi Lumpia, a new cart serving Filipino flavors, including sweet and savory lumpia and refreshing juices.
