CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — A Delhi man was convicted by a jury of distributing methamphetamine after officers found him with more than 1,800 grams of the drug.
Jesse Jon Harbach, 45, was convicted of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine. The jury returned the verdict after two hours of deliberations following a three-day trial in federal court in Cedar Rapids.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Iowa says evidence at trial showed Harbach got methamphetamine from his source in Arizona for more than two years. During that time, Harbach received multiple packages at a rural Delhi home…
