SAN ANTONIO, Fla. (WFLA) — A Spring Hill man fell asleep behind the wheel on Interstate 75 last week, causing a four-car crash, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
Just before 6 p.m. on July 8, Jesse Palmer, 27, was driving a Pest Bear of Dade City Inc. truck in the inside lane of northbound I-75 near San Antonio.
