Child takes mom’s car for ‘joyride,’ ending in Harrisburg crash: police

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — Police say a child was behind the wheel when a car flipped onto its roof in Harrisburg Sunday.

Dispatchers said the crash happened around 10:20 a.m. in the 2000 block of Whitehall Street.
