CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — (UPDATE) Charleston Police posted an update just after 10 :30 a.m. stating that River Road between Sygert Boulevard and Rusland Landing Road has been reopened after a tree fell and blocked the roadway.
(ORIGINAL) A portion of River Road had been closed Tuesday morning due to a fallen tree that is blocking the roadway, according to the Charleston Police Department.
