STEUBENVILLE, Ohio — Income-eligible Ohio residents can now apply for help paying cooling costs through the state’s Summer Crisis Program.
The program, administered by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services and local community action agencies, runs through Sept. 30. It provides assistance with electric bills, air conditioners, fans, and central air conditioning repairs for qualifying households.
