DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Several local businesses are back open thanks to a court ruling in Northwest Ohio, which has cleared the way for the sale of hemp products for the time being.
However, some new rules associated with that order are leaving the industry unsatisfied.
Back in March, several businesses had to shut their doors to comply with Ohio House Bill 56, which mandated that companies can sell cannabis only if they have a license. They can also only get that license if they buy and sell products from suppliers in Ohio.
