Man accused of firing 42 shots at Amarillo home with machine gun agrees to plea guilty

AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — A man accused of opening fire on an Amarillo home after being kicked out of a party agreed to plead guilty.

Azaiah Zuniga-Valle signed a plea agreement Monday in U.S. District Court in Amarillo. He agreed to plead guilty to one count of unlawful possession of a machine gun.

The charge carries up to 10 years in federal prison, a fine of up to $250,000 and up to three years of supervised release…
