‘Master of Disguise’ Thief Apprehended Near Atlanta After String of Robberies
Authorities have captured Tracy Daryl Mingo, a suspect dubbed the ‘master of disguise,’ following a series of robberies near Atlanta. Mingo is accused of targeting 10 businesses between October 2025 and January of this year.
