POLICE AUDIO CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE: Law enforcement received a call around 10:32pm on July 9th after reports of a medical emergency on 19th Street in Niagara Falls.
The 911 caller reported that there was an attempted suicide outside of a residence. The male party attempted to hang himself from a tree. The 911 caller and/or another individual at the home found the male and cut him down. He was breathing.
Police and fire responded to the scene. It is believed the male was taken for mental health treatment. No further information is available at this time…
