BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Officials have determined a fire at the former St. Ann’s Church on Tuesday to be arson, four days after crews contained a three-alarm fire at the site.
Crews responded to the Emslie Street site around 5:45 p.m. and brought the fire under control.
