HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM)– This month marks three years since Harrisburg’s historic Broad Street Market burned to the ground in an electric fire. City leaders have vowed to rebuild it, and now there’s been another delay.
Officials have delayed the reconstruction of the Broad Street Market building several times since the fire. The last timeline pointed to May of next year. Market vendors said that the date was significantly later than what city leaders told them.
