A Philadelphia man with a penchant for Dodge Chargers, has been arrested in connection to several thefts, and attempted thefts, of motor vehicles in the Bear and Newark areas, dating back to November, 2025.
New Castle County Police said 27-year old James Timmons allegedly stole three Dodge Chargers and attempted to take a Honda.
