Hilton, N.Y. — Despite air quality concerns, the annual Hilton carnival kicked off this evening, bringing families out for a tradition that raises money for the Hilton Fire Department.
The carnival will run through Saturday. Organizers are offering all rides for a single fare during select times each day.
