The city of Hartselle has hired Madison Anders as its new manager of strategic initiatives and external affairs, city officials announced Wednesday.
Anders joins the city from the office of U.S. Rep. Dale Strong, R-Huntsville, where she most recently worked before accepting the municipal position.
