LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – The Kentucky Department for Public Health is investigating nearly 200 reported cases of cyclosporiasis across the commonwealth. Of those, 108 cases are confirmed.
Health officials say cyclosporiasis is a condition caused by a small parasite invisible to the naked eye. Symptoms include diarrhea, fatigue and stomach cramping.
