SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, Calif. — San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office Deputy James Morgan died on July 2 from complications after a spinal surgery, officials said.
Deputy Morgan joined the sheriff’s office in November of 2013 and served for more than 12 years.
