JASPER COUNTY, S.C. (WSAV) — A man was arrested in Jasper County Tuesday in connection to a Hilton Head Island shooting, a Jasper County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) spokesperson said.
Andre Nyciere-Richard Greene had multiple outstanding felony and misdemeanor warrants from Beaufort County.
