BEAUFORT COUNTY, S.C. (WSAV) — Beaufort County Sheriff PJ Tanner and 14th Circuit Solicitor Duffie Stone will address the media Friday to provide an update on the July 4 Coligny Beach shooting, a spokesperson said Thursday.
