DALLAS (KDAF) — Stillwell’s, the signature steakhouse at Hôtel Swexan in Dallas’ Harwood District, has been named to OpenTable’s 2026 Top 100 Hotel Restaurants in America. This recognition highlights the country’s most exceptional hotel dining destinations.
The annual list by OpenTable is compiled using more than 10 million verified diner reviews and dining metrics. Data for the 2026 list was collected between May 1, 2025 and April 30, 2026. Restaurants are selected based on guest ratings, the percentage of five-star reviews and other performance metrics.
