Fort Worth’s Rattikin Title Co., one of the state’s oldest and largest title agencies, has been acquired by Stewart Title.
The two companies announced the acquisition Thursday. No price for the transaction was released.
The companies will now offer title insurance, escrow services and settlement solutions for residential and commercial real estate across Texas. Stewart, founded in 1893, has primarily provided larger-scale, global real estate services.
