Fayetteville-chartered Arvest Bank will open a loan production office in Frisco, Texas, later this year. It will be Arvest’s first Texas location. The new office will be in a new retail development at 11025 Preston Road in Frisco.
The southwest Oklahoma market, which already manages a portfolio of business loans in the region, will oversee the new office’s operations. Arvest is hiring additional commercial lenders for the new office. Its lenders will offer various commercial loans, including real estate loans, lines of credit, and equipment financing.
