HONOLULU (Island News) — An Oahu grand jury indicted a man on multiple charges in connection to an illegal game room in Haleiwa that police discovered in 2024.
The Honolulu Prosecutors’ Office said 34-year-old Franklin Fale was indicted in court on Wednesday, July 16, 2026, in connection to an illegal gambling operation two years ago. Fale and four others were arrested on the night of May 14, 2024 after a game room bust in Haleiwa.
