DENVER — A pedestrian bridge in Denver that has been closed for five years, damaged and unclaimed by any owner, now has someone willing to take responsibility for it.
For years, no one could determine who owned the Delgany Bridge, which has been closed since October 2021, when a pedestrian’s foot went through a deteriorated wood plank on the deck.
