New video reveals moments before deadly car crash into Willamette River

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Months after a car sped into the Willamette River in early April and killed three of its four passengers, new surveillance video shared with KOIN 6 News has revealed the moments leading up to the shocking crash.

The video from April 6 shows police chasing the car on SW Harvey Milk Street in downtown Portland around 2 a.m. It also shows the car racing through Tom McCall Waterfront Park and driving into the river.
