FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (7News) — A driver is facing charges following a crash involving an 18-wheeler that caused major delays on Interstate 66 in Fairfax County, according to Virginia State Police (VSP).
The crash happened on I-66 eastbound at Interstate 495 (Exit 64) near the Dunn Loring-Merrifield Metro station.
