HOPKINSVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A violent crash between two large vehicles closed the Kentucky interstate and sent one person to the hospital with serious injuries on Thursday afternoon.
WKDZ spoke with the Christian County Sheriff’s Office and reported that a 38-year-old driver from Miami was towing a box truck by a chain on I-24 East when he was hit from behind by a 40-year-old man in a tractor-trailer. The crash occurred near the Julian/Newstead exit ramp.
