Residents in parts of Pendleton are being urged to boil their water before drinking or cooking after a water main break disrupted the town’s water system.
According to a release by the Town of Pendleton, a boil water advisory was issued after a water main break caused a loss of pressure in the system. The advisory, effective at 1 p.m. July 17, applies to areas marked by the town on an affected-area map and will remain in place until further notice.
