MORGAN COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) – A woman was booked into the Morgan County Jail after narcotics agents said she was providing contraband to inmates.
According to the Alabama Department of Corrections, narcotics agents were investigating contraband items being brought into the North Alabama Community Based Facility in Decatur.
