47-year-old man sentenced after fleeing the scene of a crash near a Rhode Island casino that ejected, killed his girlfriend

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Attorney General Peter Neronha announced today that a Pawtucket man has been sentenced in Providence County Superior Court for his role in the driving death of 34-year-old Nanleomariz Albizu during the early morning hours of New Year’s Day in 2022.

Superior Court Justice Luis Matos sentenced 47-year-old Gregory Miller to 15 years with 10 years to serve at the ACI, a five-year loss of license, and a $5,000 fine.
