CAROLINA BEACH, N.C. (WECT) – The Town of Carolina Beach is in the second stage of becoming a bike-friendly community through the League of American Bicyclists.
To earn the designation, the town had to create a safe and convenient place to ride, welcome and celebrate biking, and plan for biking as a viable transportation option.
