KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Jackson County grand jury has indicted an Independence man for a 2023 hit-and-run crash in Kansas City that killed an elderly woman.
The indictment filed on Thursday charges 63-year-old William Beedle with second-degree involuntary manslaughter and leaving the scene of accident resulting in death.
