Bexar County Rainfall Tops 13 Inches as Flood Threat Continues

While the most extreme rainfall has fallen west of San Antonio, parts of Bexar County have still experienced remarkable rainfall totals during this week’s historic flood event.

The highest verified storm total was measured 5.8 miles south-southeast of Boerne, where 13.90 inches of rain has fallen since the event began. Several locations across the Interstate 10 corridor, Fair Oaks Ranch, and Cross Mountain have received 10 inches or more, while much of northern Bexar County has picked up between 8 and 10 inches.
