WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — A man was pronounced dead at the scene after he was found shot in Northeast D.C. late Thursday night.
The Metropolitan Police Department told DC News Now that minutes before 11:30 p.m., officers were called to the 1400 block of Saratoga Avenue, NE, for a shooting. There, the victim was found unconscious and not breathing.
DC medics tried to save the man, but were unsuccessful.
