A dangerous pursuit in Pierce County ended on SR-507 at Vail Road this afternoon after a suspect fleeing a Domestic Violence Assault in the First Degree charge attempted to run over an assisting officer.
A crew of Washington State Patrol troopers and Pierce County Sheriff’s Office are on scene with the collision investigation.
Extensive road closures are in place in the area as of early Friday afternoon.
