PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A 36-year-old Portland man and four teenagers from Seattle were arrested by teams of tactical police units in northeast Portland on Friday night, police said.
According to the Portland Police Bureau, the four teenagers had been linked to a series of armed robberies that happened on Tuesday, as well as a convenience store shooting that left an employee hospitalized.
