CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Ohio Department of Transportation has announced its next big closing as part of the multi-year project to rebuild Interstate 90 from West Boulevard in Cleveland to Hilliard Boulevard in Rocky River.
The entrance ramp from West 140th Street to I-90 east near the Cleveland/Lakewood border will close on Monday, July 27, and will not open until early next year.
