West Tharpe Street Slaying, Tallahassee Man Hit With First-Degree Murder Indictment

Court records now show a Tallahassee man has been indicted on a first-degree murder charge in connection with the May 13 deadly shooting outside a business on West Tharpe Street. The early-morning gunfire left one man dead and set off a weeks-long homicide investigation.

According to police, the shooting happened just after 4:30 a.m. on May 13 in the 1100 block of West Tharpe Street.
