IOWA CITY — An Iowa City woman allegedly kicked in an apartment door and threatened the tenant inside, according to an Iowa City Police Department criminal complaint.
Police said Tonya M. Brown, 45, kicked in the door of an apartment in the 1100 block of Arthur Street on July 7 in Iowa City. The apartment tenant was near the door when it was kicked in, according to the criminal complaint.
