MADISON, Wis. — A 22-year-old man was arrested for operating while intoxicated Thursday night after he allegedly drove a vehicle on its rim in Madison, according to police.
A passerby called 911 at approximately 10:49 p.m. to report a vehicle operating on its rim on East Johnson Street near North Brearly Street.
Madison Police Department officers followed the gouge marks left by the damaged vehicle to a home in the 500 block of North Sherman Avenue, where they found the suspect’s vehicle in the driveway…
