Ken Adams, Olive Branch mayor, said the roadway on Old Hwy. 78 at Maywood Deive has reopened and traffic was flowing normally in all directions, according to a message from the City of Olive Branch government.
The city said the earlier motor vehicle accident involved injuries and forced the closure of both eastbound and westbound lanes. Officials urged motorists to use alternate routes while emergency crews worked the scene.
