MAUMEE, Ohio (WTVG) – A Maumee nonprofit has opened a tech house stocked with assistive technology designed to help people with disabilities perform everyday tasks independently.
Sunshine Communities’ new tech house features equipment for heating food, opening doors, and playing games. Visitors can try the devices via reservation. The equipment is not for sale.
