DALLAS — Local law enforcement has put out a Silver Alert warning as it seeks information on a missing 73-year-old last seen in Dallas.
The Dallas Police Department are leading the search for Paul Taylor, diagnosed with a cognitive impairment, who was said to be last seen around 8:30 a.m. Sunday morning in the 9400 block of Olde Village Court in Dallas. Taylor is said to be wearing a red and blue plaid shirt and black sweatpants.
