Cover2 Capital is building a 20-story, $100 million apartment tower close to the border of Highland Park. Dubbed The Savannah, the development will include a rooftop pool and only 100 units. Units are expected to average 1,800 square feet. Rents will be on the high end of the scale. The Savannah will have a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, including three penthouse apartments.
