Visiting doctor to treat a pinched nerve, Twin Cities man is diagnosed with 2 types of cancer

What was supposed to be a normal visit to the doctor turned into two separate cancer diagnoses for an Inver Grove Heights man.

Cole Weber went to the doctor in early June looking to treat a pinched nerve in his shoulder. But as doctors investigated the pain, they found two more serious problems: stage 2 Hodgkin’s lymphoma and papillary thyroid cancer.

A GoFundMe has since been created to support Weber and his wife, Sami, with the fundraising page describing Weber’s pinched nerve as a “blessing in disguise.”…
