ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Rainfall will favor the southwest and south-central parts of New Mexico, where locally heavy rainfall is possible Monday.
The radar will start to get active again by late morning/early afternoon. The bulk of the activity is expected by mid-afternoon.
