A Sparks man injured in a crash in Washoe County died from his injuries a week later, according to the Nevada Highway Patrol.
The Nevada Highway Patrol, a division of the Nevada State Police, responded to a crash on SR-439 at the intersection with I-80 eastbound off-ramp/Exit 32 in Washoe County shortly before 2 p.m. on July 11.
The preliminary investigation indicates a gold Nissan Murano was traveling eastbound on the Exit 32/I-80 eastbound to the SR439 off-ramp in the left travel lane. The Nissan was approaching the stop sign at the intersection with SR-439. A black Ram 1500 pickup was traveling northbound on SR439 in the right travel lane entering the intersection with the I-80 eastbound off-ramp.
