Spokane rowing club finds new home at Silver Lake

SPOKANE, Wash. — A volunteer rowing group has found a new home at Silver Lake after access problems made the Spokane River too difficult for its long racing boats, Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) shared in its blog.

The Spokane River Rowing Association (SRRA) practices at the lake and uses the site for launches, storage and parking, according to the department. WDFW manages the access area and said the setup worked well for both sides.
