A 23-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping after police said she entered a Bay Area home without permission, picked up a young child and carried him upstairs before fleeing.
The child was out of his mother’s sight for about 30 seconds during the encounter Saturday evening in Santa Rosa, according to the police department.
